Opens with Big Nose Man (acting as a Dog Catcher) in hot pursuit of the Panther. In an attempt to escape he leaps a high brick fence and encounters a guard dog. To escape the guard dog he enters the house through an open window. Once in he finds the house is home to several children who think he is stuffed toy and want to play with him. With this kind of treatment the Panther wants to get out of there but the guard dog has different ideas. Forced to stay in the house the Panther seeks some food setting up a series of misunderstanding gags with the Big Nose Man and the dog. There are lots of good gags in the one, a lively background musical score.
