Adventuring out into the desert, Scrooge and Glomgold are neck and neck with trying to find the Vault of Aladdin. However, a tussle over Aladdin’s lamp reveals a Djinni, who cannot get either to admit who rubbed the lamp first. When all else fails, the Djinni decides that Scrooge and Glomgold will have a race home to determine who is the true master. While the race commences, Scrooge placates the Djinni that he can stay at his mansion. While there, the Djinni gets used to being pampered (meals, clean sheets, swimming pools), to the point that he sends Scrooge and Glomgold back in time so they can never get back. While the nehpews, Webby & Duckworth haatch a plan, Scrooge and Glomgold then meet up with the storyteller Schewebezarde, whose tales manage to get them safely away from their captors.
