In a spoof of “Alfred Hitchcock Presents,” a large figure of bear in silhouette presents “tonight’s story about a murder.” While Tweety is sleeping in his birdcage, Sylvester sneaks up to grab the bird but trips and falls, and, fearing Granny, runs throughout alley. The narrator speaks to the cat, “Sardines and milk weren’t enough, you had to commit murder!” Sylvester sees a newspaper headline (Police hunt “the Cat”) and runs in panic, heckled by the Hitchcock narrator accusing him of murdering Tweety.
