(1.) The studio hires a new teacher named Miss Flamiel to teach the Warners. Despite her best efforts, she meets only with frustration and is unable to teach them anything. (2.) Slappy goes to a banquet held in her honor in order to receive an award while three of her old nemesis (Walter Wolf, Sid the Squid, and Beanie the Brain-Dead Bison) plot revenge for years of torment.
